Emerald Hotel Kampala, Kampala

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient and close to the city center, making it peaceful for work, but I was warned about safety outside the hotel. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some delicious dishes but poor value for money. The service was generally good but had some inconsistencies with charges and communication.
